Hola everyone! Hope you’re all doing well!

Me, well I’ve been working my rear end off this evening – A couple of friends of mine are having a potluck get-together at their place tomorrow night, and I fully intend to make a big contribution to the dinner! So what I’ve made is as follows:

  • Chicken Curry (No idea what kind, I adapted it from a saag recipe to have no spinach. It uses a tomato base and is flavoured with coriander, fenugreek, and my own home-made tandoori masala blend!
  • Hotsauce (A mix of scotch bonnet, birdseye, and red chilli peppers. Very, very good with chicken nuggets!)
  • Soft Pear Cider (Unsweetened, the pears are already quite sweet on their own!)
  • Soft Sweet Spiced Apple Cider (100% Gala apples, sweetened with sugar and spiced with cinammon and allspice)
  • Soft Apple Cider (Unsweetened, a 1:1 mix of Gala and Granny Smith apples make for a refreshing, tangy drink)
  • Lemonade (I zest the lemons and press the fruit with the zest, no pith, for a wonderful citrusy flavour and colour!)

I must dash off now, as I’ve still to make chicken nuggets to go with the hotsauce. No rest for the wicked, or the delicious! 😀
