I need your help!
I, as the post title indicates, need your help!
As anyone who has seen a photo of me knows (which is probably not many of you, otherwise I WILL be asking questions), or has paid attention to these little rants of mine, I am not a slim fellow. It’s not for want of trying, of course; I have indeed tried to diet, or to exercise more in the past, but it always falls over after a while because the only person I have to account to is myself. Inevitably, I start comfort eating, or boredom eating again, and the exercise quota just falls by the wayside as I procrastinate and avoid having to do the work.
So, we’ve established that I’m not brilliant at dieting and getting fit. What I AM good at, however, is keeping to a publishing schedule and working to keep an audience entertained. And this is where you guys come in! My cunning plan is to publish a weekly blog of my weight-loss escapades, separate from Elf Blood. This’ll work both ways, of course – It’ll keep me motivated, and it’ll give you guys an article to read every Saturday. I promise it won’t be whining about how hard it is, either; remember, I’m intent on keeping readers of the blog entertained, so I’ll be writing about something interesting, funny, or just plain weird about my quest to drop the stones.
There’ll be more details on Friday, as I plan on embarking on this on Saturday, so keep your eyes peeled!

Ah good luck you can do it. Just keep in mind to make small changes till it becomes habit. Then rinse & repeat.
Also the scale won’t tell you that your weight hasn’t changed cause you gained muscle etc….
