Elf Blood

Hola amigos y amigas!

Just a quick check-in today, to go with the quick nature of the Extra page, I suppose! As much as I’d love to finish off the inks for Friday’s page (trying to build up a bit of a buffer due to an impending training week back down in Manchester), I really need to dedicate some time to writing out the script for this comic I’m working on for submission. As much as I love Elf Blood, it’s not going to get me published – although it sure as shoot helps me practice and shows dedication to a schedule!

What’s this comic about, I hear you ask? Well, it’s a little slice-of-life very loosely based on my more positive experiences in high school, that I’m aiming to get a pilot issue (15 pages) done and sent to a local publisher. It’s turned out to be pretty fun so far, even if it is quite different to the more fantastic stuff I usually do!

Anyway, more on that in a while. Must write, must write, then it’s back to the ol’ grindstone for another week.
