Farewell, Young Vixens!
And thus, book one of Mei Wu draws to a close! I hope you guys’ve had fun reading it, it’s definitely done me a heck of a lot of good to draw something a little bit different for a while. I’ve started illustrating the next Elf Blood arc already, and I can definitely feel the benefit of the changeup!
The next steps for Mei Wu are to provide additional artwork for the print version, and make a number of corrections to the artwork. However, as a thank you to you guys for letting me take this little detour, the next page will be an Elf Blood-exclusive Mei Wu extra! Normal Elf Blood service will resume after that!
A-Ash and A-Gwen will return in a few months’ time, as we travel with them to meet Ashleigh’s own sifu and mentor in all things foxy. We’ll learn more about the world of the wu lei jing, and young Gwen will begin finding out more about her own powers!

Cool, it’s always good to stretch as an artist, especially when its doing something that makes you happy
It really is! Even aside from these comics, I’m doing a lot more landscape ink work. I’m finding that incredibly rewarding, when I get the time to do them! Remind me to share the ones I did on my recent trip back to HK. Well, once I’ve put the finishing touches to them, anyways!
